Foraging Courses

Our wild food foraging courses give participants the opportunity to have deeply engaging interactions with their surrounding wild spaces.

Our aim is to safely teach groups how to identify a range of wild and edible species whilst getting them excited about all the edible potential to be unlocked.

We offer two main formats for courses, these are:

  • Introduction to foraging – A 3-hour course where we take participants around wild spaces introducing them to a range of wild and edible plants.
  • In depth Wild Food Forage and cook – A 6 hour in depth forage, where participants are taught the key to correctly identifying wild edible plants. They then become the foragers themselves, harvesting a range of plants. We then turn our haul into a wild two-course meal which we enjoy as a group.
