Our wild food foraging courses give participants the opportunity to have deeply engaging interactions with their surrounding wild spaces.
Our aim is to safely teach groups how to identify a range of wild and edible species whilst getting them excited about all the edible potential to be unlocked.
We offer two main formats for courses, these are:
- Introduction to foraging – A 3-hour course where we take participants around wild spaces introducing them to a range of wild and edible plants.
- In depth Wild Food Forage and cook – A 6 hour in depth forage, where participants are taught the key to correctly identifying wild edible plants. They then become the foragers themselves, harvesting a range of plants. We then turn our haul into a wild two-course meal which we enjoy as a group.
