The basis of the article is about the ‘truth’ of foraging – it’s not just sunshine and rainbows like you may see on the telly – however it’s a job that takes long hours, dedication, hard work and tireless battles with the weather.

This article also highlights how foraging is for everyone, from city dwellers to those that live in the country, casual foraging is fairly simple and can help aid your daily diet, be it adding a dandelion leaf to your next ham sandwich or nettle leaves in to your next cup of tea.
