This is a unique wild twist on a classic strawberry Jam, not only have we added balsamic vinegar to the mix we’ve also added smashed Alexanders Seeds (that we collect fresh from the coast) and then triple cooked the lot to leave us with a deep and smooth flavour. This preserve is best served with scones and thick clotted cream. But don’t limit yourself; why not put it inside your next sponge cake, put a dollop in your yogurt, serve with a Nordic meatball dish or fill in to tartlets and bake.
