Chamomile Syrup has a number of flavours, one is honey another is slightly floral and the last is apple.

We therefore advise it is used in situations that call for one of these flavour notes. You can often find us drinking it with both hot and cold milk and it actually suits dairy very well, churned through an ice cream, whisked in to custard or made in to panacotta. It also lends itself well to cocktails mixed with Scotch Whiskey.
