Rose hips are reputed for their high amounts of vitamin C and were commonly eaten during both the second and first world wars to ward off cold and flu.

Our Rose hip syrup is smooth and silky, giving deep flavour to a vast range of things. We use it in soup with beetroots, turn it in to jelly to be served with game meat, make it in to ice creams, use it as a sweet tomato sauce substitute and even make rose hip Bellini’s.
